How to Sit Correctly at your desk

Sitting is not good for us and we are more likely to suffer with lower back and neck pain if we have sedentary jobs. Here are some tips on how to sit correctly if your work involves sitting at a computer.

If you have to spend a lot of time on the phone at work then try swapping your handset for a headset. This can reduce the strain on your neck muscles as you wont have to constantly be holding your ear to your shoulder to support the phone!
